Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated 28 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data ImpulsFlow processes, why, the legal bases we rely on, who we share it with, and the rights you have. We keep data collection to what the service needs and we do not sell personal data.
1. Who we are
ImpulsFlow ("we", "us") is a business established in Indonesia. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at sales@impulsflow.com.
For personal data contained in content from a connected business account (see section 2), we act as a processor on behalf of that business, which is the controller of that data. For the account you create with us and your use of our site, we are the controller.
2. What data we process
Data you give us
If you create an ImpulsFlow account, we process your name, email address, and a securely hashed password, plus any messages you send us.
Data from connected accounts (the Meta platform)
When a business connects its Facebook Page or Instagram account to ImpulsFlow, we receive and store content and interactions associated with that account through the Meta platform - for example posts, comments, mentions, and messages to the connected account, along with the public profile identifiers attached to them. We process this only to provide the service to the connected business.
Technical data
Our servers keep standard logs (such as request times and IP addresses) needed to operate and secure the service. The marketing site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we process it, and our legal bases
- To provide the service you or your business signed up for - legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service (logging, abuse prevention) - legal basis: our legitimate interests.
- To comply with legal obligations where they apply - legal basis: legal obligation.
- Where we ask for it - legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Meta Platform Data
Data we obtain through the Meta platform is handled in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use it only to provide the features the connected business has asked for, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or to build profiles unrelated to the service.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run ImpulsFlow, under appropriate agreements:
- Meta Platforms - the source of connected-account data.
- Google Cloud - application hosting and database, in the EU.
- Cloudflare - DNS, content delivery, and edge security.
- IONOS - email.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.
6. Where data is stored
Application data is stored in the European Union (Germany). Where a provider processes data outside the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Content from connected accounts is kept while the connection is active and is deleted when the connection is removed or on a valid deletion request. See our data deletion page.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email sales@impulsflow.com.
If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and storing passwords only in hashed form. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the data we hold.
10. Children
ImpulsFlow is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let affected users know.
