Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the ImpulsFlow website and application. By using ImpulsFlow, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
ImpulsFlow ("we", "us") is a business established in Indonesia. You can reach us at sales@impulsflow.com.
2. The service
ImpulsFlow helps brands run their creator and social-content programs in one place, including connecting a business's own Facebook Page or Instagram account to collect and organise content and interactions. The service is under active development and features may change.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for any business or account you connect to ImpulsFlow.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use ImpulsFlow for any unlawful purpose or in breach of a third party's rights;
- attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems;
- misuse the service to harass, spam, or collect data you have no right to; or
- use the service in a way that breaches Meta's terms or any other platform you connect.
5. Your data and content
You retain all rights in the data and content you bring to or connect with ImpulsFlow. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and operate the service for you. You confirm you have the rights and authorisations needed to connect any account and to let us process the associated data. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy; you can request deletion via our data deletion page.
6. Third-party platforms
Features that connect to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or other platforms depend on those platforms and are subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, limits, or outages on those platforms, and access to a feature may be limited by them.
7. Intellectual property
The ImpulsFlow software, site, and branding are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
8. Fees
ImpulsFlow is currently provided free of charge during an early access period. If we introduce fees, we will give notice and you can choose whether to continue.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImpulsFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using ImpulsFlow at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. On termination, the data-handling and deletion terms in our privacy policy apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let users know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and any dispute relating to them or to the service will be subject to the courts of Indonesia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
